The purpose of the home inspection is to describe for you, the client, which systems in a home are not “functioning as intended.” We do not describe why a system is not functioning correctly, but rather, if a system needs to be looked in to by a specialist. We are your trained eyes to find things that may not be apparent to you.

Our inspections typically range from 3 - 4 hours starting with the exterior of the home, moving to the interior, and finishing with the crawl space.

An electronic report will be sent to you within 24 - 48 hours of completion of the physical inspection. Physical copies are available upon request.

You are more than welcome to attend the inspection!

Our home inspections are priced by the square foot. The average cost for our clients are between $475 - $550 for a 2500 sqft home.

Military, First Responder and Teacher discount!

Re-inspections are free if scheduled within 30 days of the initial inspection.

We make every effort to fit our schedule to yours. Generally you can expect same day or next day inspections.
